About

In 2013 Sean Fitzgerald and Yu-Ting Su set out to form Flying Stone Pictures, a multimedia production company that emphasized in cinematography and sound. Since then we have accumulated a team of creatives that strive to work on films, animations, commercials, music videos, web media, and whatever format of entertainment that will come in the future.

Flying Stone Pictures originated out of our love for the fantasy and science fiction genres. In the end, like most filmmakers, the founders grew up watching a lot of films. One of their favorites was Laputa: Castle in the Sky by Hideo Miyazaki. Without giving too much away from the story, there is an object, say a stone that floats and moves on its own and thus came the inspiration for “Flying Stone Pictures”.

Pre-Production

From writing scripts, to prepping camera and lighting. It's the planning stage. We try to think about every possible outcome to make the filming process as smooth as possible. 

Production

Out in the field, we cover all the bases from directing, cinematography, to sound mixing. 

Post Production

Feature films to 30 second commercials. We've done it all when it comes to sound design, re-recording mixing, color grading, and composing.
